Privacy Policy

1. All personal information and email addresses collected by Your Choice Dating via www.yourchoicedating.com or any other method shall be kept confidential and strictly for the purpose it was collected.

2. No personal information or email addresses will be sold, shared or distributed to third parties in any way.

3. Email addresses submitted to Your Choice Dating via our online system, or any other method, where the owner of the email address agrees to become a 'member', shall be added to our member's mailing list and receive a newsletter no more than once a month.  at any time to remove your name from our mailing list. Make sure to include the persons email address to be removed from the list.

Cancellation Policy for events:

a). Your Choice Dating will make every effort to hold events at the times, dates and locations specified on this web site. However, Your Choice Dating holds the right to cancel and/or change Speed Dating event times, dates and locations under certain conditions. These conditions usually include, but are not limited to, event venue cancellation or rescheduling and insufficient number of participants for the event. Your Choice Dating holds the right to cancel the event for any reason up to and including the day of the event. In the event that Your Choice Dating  must cancel the Speed Dating event, you will be refunded your money in full.

b.) Any participant who registers for a Speed Dating event has the right to cancel at any time by sending an e-mail to us with a written request to cancel. The participant will be refunded if he or she cancels 48 hours or more from the date of the Speed-Dating event. However, if the participant cancels with less than 48 hours to the date of the Speed Dating event, he or she will not receive a refund. All refunds are subject to a cancellation fee and reverse transaction processing fee.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Your Choice Dating does not have the ability to independently screen participants registering for its programs/events. By registering for a Speed Dating event, you are agreeing that neither Your Choice Dating nor any of its associates is liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may in any way arise out of the Your Choice Dating program/event. This includes, without limitation, damages arising out of meeting or communicating with other participants in programs/events sponsored by or affiliated with Your Choice Dating.

2. By registering for an event, you represent and warrant that you are at least 19 years of age. Your Choice Dating reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to Your Choice Dating, or to an off-line Your Choice Dating event, without notice, upon any breach of this Agreement by you which is brought to Your Choice Dating's attention.

3. Your Choice Dating will keep confidential all information supplied by you to Your Choice Dating, including credit card number(s), and shall use or disclose such information only for the purposes for which such information was collected, or as required by law.

4. You are solely responsible for the content or information you provide on Your Choice Dating, or transmit to other Speed Dating event participators and employees.

5. You will not exhibit, present, or transmit to other Your Choice Dating participants or employees, any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity). If Your Choice Dating becomes aware of any indecent conduct, all "matches", if any, will be notified.

6. You will use Your Choice Dating in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

Return Policy

You may return most items sold by yourchoicedating.com within 7 days of delivery for a full refund if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. You may also receive refunds (less shipping and credit card processing fees) for items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect if the item is not opened and has not been used.

Please note: We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

• Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
• Any item that contains a CD, CD-ROM, or custom services such as the speed dating "Fast-Track package". (see note below)
• Any item that is not in its original condition, (has been used) or is missing parts.

NOTE:  Because the Fast-Track package is 100% custom made, there are no refunds available after the package/website has been made for the customer.

To receive a refund, please notify us that you are returning to us your order in good condition and include your contact information. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Unless you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, shipping and transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Our Return policy does not apply to items sold through our affiliate/partner websites.

Shipping policy

1. Your Choice Dating.com agrees to ship any items ordered promptly, no more than 2 business days from the date that payment is received and clear from the customer. This is the date that the payment clears through 2checkout.com which is usually within 24 hours from the time of online payment.

2. The "Fast-Track" package will be shipped out after the customer's website has been made and customized to the customers preferences. This customization takes Your Choice Dating.com 5 business days once we receive the customization preferences from the customer. The package will not be shipped before the website is created as the website is main component on the CD in the package. Because the Fast-Track package is 100% custom made, there are no refunds available after the package (website) has been made for the customer.

3. Ebooks will be "shipped" electronically via email. They will be sent within 48 hours of purchase or as soon as the customers credit card has been approved and verified by our third party merchant account (2checkout).

Policy regarding Speed Dating Hosts/Consultants (Hereinafter referred to as Hosts)

1. All Hosts must agree to a reference check and provide accurate personal information such as name, address, telephone number and email address. This information will be used strictly by Your Choice Dating and will not be shared, sold or distributed in any way.

2. Hosts shall pay a deposit of $99 USD upon acceptance of becoming a host for Your Choice Dating. This deposit will cover the initial cost of the manual, CD-ROM, marketing and speed dating templates and set up of their page online.  The deposit will be returned in full with the hosts last paycheque, provided they hold 4 successful speed dating events. Full details are included in the Host agreement.

3. Hosts will be paid based on commission. A cheque will be sent within 3 days after the event date. The amount will be set out in the Host / Consultant Agreement.

4. Hosts may schedule and host as many events in their area that they are capable of filling, and no less than one event every two months.

5. A full Agreement must be signed and returned to Your Choice Dating.
