Type E -
'Field Marshall'
'Field
Marshalls' are great leaders and decision makers. They are ingenious
thinkers and long term planners. They are logical and analytical which
makes them good at reasoning. Type E's are driven to achieve competence
and can naturally spot flaws and see how to improve things.
They
strive to perfect systems rather than accept them. They value truth and
are convinced only by logical reasoning. Type E's continually learn new
things and are more interested in future consequences than current
situations. They are frank, take charge and are good organizers of people
because they have the ability to see ahead and then communicate their
vision to others. They live by strict rules and push themselves (and
others).
Possible
downside:
Type E's can easily make decisions too hastily and would do well to slow
down. They are action oriented and can be tough, blunt, impatient and insensitive
when they don't see the logic in a the feelings of others. They can be
domineering, argumentative and dictatorial. They have an impersonal
approach to life and have little time for tolerance, compassion and
emotion. "Field Marshalls' can however explode emotionally when
feelings are held in too ling. They would do well to give their emotions a
constructive outlet which in turn would allow them to stay more in control,
a position they enjoy.
