Type
G - 'Inventor'
'Inventors'
love excitement and challenge. They are clever, talkative and constantly
strive to increase their competence and personal power. They are good
enterprisers and are fascinated with new ideas. They are alert to new
possibilities and have strong initiative. Type G's operate on creative
impulse and value inspiration and strive to turn original ideas into
reality.
This
type of person is inquisitive, versatile, adaptable, and resourceful. They
can easily see the flaw in any position and enjoy arguing for fun on
either side of an issue. They are great strategists, have excellent
analytical skills and can almost always find a logical reason for what
they want.
Most
type G's like to test the limits and believe that rules are meant to be
broken (or at least bent). They like to live freely and look for fun and
variety in everyday situations. They often have great numbers of friends
and acquaintances and are charming and inspiring.
Possible
downside:
'Inventors' may ignore the standard way of doing things simply because it
is not original. They sometimes fail to prepare because their enthusiasm
to start something new causes them to dive in too quickly. They would do
well to make fewer commitments so they can finish more of what they start.
Often,
type G's talk so much that they don't give others the chance to
contribute. They are honest and fair but also can be blunt and tactless.
They need to consider the feelings of others as valid and important. While
they are often funny and entertaining, they can also be insincere. They
need to resist the urge to perform and simply share their genuine
emotions. Their desire to remain open to new things, leaves them to be
undependable and inconsiderate of others. Their natural ability to
anticipate what is coming can sometimes lead them to mistakenly assume
what someone is going to say and jump to conclusions. They would do well
to pay closer attention to what is going on around them and listen to
feelings of others. This will help them avoid appearing arrogant and rude.
