Type H - 'Architect'
'Architects' are good problem solvers,
are intellectual and logical, and have bursts of creativity. They are
absorbed in analyzing problems, they like to observe what's going on
around them before taking action. They are critical, precise and
skeptical. They use principals to understand their ideas.
They like conversation to be purposeful
and may argue to the point of hairsplitting just for fun. This type of
person is convinced only by logic. They are usually original thinkers.
They have a strong drive for personal competence and are interested in
challenging others to be more competent as well.
Type H's are interested in seeing
possibilities that are not currently known. They like to try and improve
the way things are and solve problems. They think in complex terms. They
are better with organizing concepts and ideas than people and
relations. Occasionally their ideas are so complex that they have
difficulty communicating thief ideas to others. They are highly independent,
flexible and open-minded.
Possible downside:
'Architects' are prone to overlooking what matters to others because they
rely so heavily on their logical analysis. If something is not logical,
they run the risk of dismissing it, even though it could be important to
them. They would do well to admit their true feelings to themselves in
order to stay in touch with what they care about.
They can be unintentionally hurtful to
others because of their critical thinking. They would do well to ask what
matters most to others. Can be impatient with routine details. Can readily
discern contradictions and inconsistencies.
