Type I - 'Administrator'
'Administrators' are
great at getting things done and make things happen. They are responsible
and faithful to their commitments. They can remember and organize details
well. They are systematic about setting and achieving goals on schedule.
Type I's are driven to make good decisions and often base them on past
experiences.
This type of person is
logical, objective and realistic and matter-of-fact. They are more
interested in 'real things' than intangibles. They tend not to be
interested in subjects they feel have no practical application. Because
they live by a set of rules, they are consistent and reliable. They tend
to be traditional and are consistent in their relationships. They are
outgoing, sociable, direct and friendly and are usually easily to get to
know.
Possible downside:
They can be seen as dictatorial when they attempt to impose their
standards of behavior on others. Being logical and impersonal analysts,
they don't naturally see the impact of their decisions on others and can
be seen as cold and uncaring. Type I's don't show their appreciation of
others well, and would do well to offer compliments and praise.
Sometimes
'Administrators' jump to conclusions without gathering all information.
They don't naturally ask 'what if', so they often miss possible meanings,
implications, connections and patterns. They would do well to consciously
delay making decisions until they have considered more information.
