Type K - 'Seller'
Through direct action and
co-operation, 'Sellers' help others in real and practical ways. They are
friendly, responsible and sympathetic. They value their relationships with
other people and usually are popular, gracious and talkative. Type K's
need harmonious relationships and work hard to achieve and maintain them.
'Sellers' often idealize
people and things they admire. They need to be appreciated and so are
sensitive to indifference and criticism. They usually express strong
opinions and are decisive and like to have things settled. They are
practical, realistic, and usually organized. They remember important facts
and like others to be accurate with their facts as well. Type K's like to
be active and productive and are usually traditional and conscientious.
Possible downside:
'Sellers' may avoid dealing with problems and conflicts because they value
harmony so much. They sometimes place too much importance on opinions and
feelings of those they care for and may overlook their own needs. Type K's
can become negative when they can't see ways to change things for the
better.
In their efforts to help
others, they may express their opinions in ways that are bossy and
domineering. Sometimes this type of person can make decisions too quickly
and fail to consider the implications of their actions.
