Type N - 'Entertainer'
Entertainers
enjoy people and have a zest for life. They are playful and like making
things fun for other people by their pure enjoyment. They are adaptable
and easygoing, friendly, and generous. They are often "on stage"
with others as they are extremely sociable. They usually juggle many
activities at one time. Entertainers tend to see and accept things as they
are because they are realistic observers. They trust their senses more
than theoretical explanations, and learn best from hands-on experiences.
They prefer to use their common sense to gather information and see what
solutions naturally arise. Since Entertainers are tolerant and accepting
of themselves and others, they don't tend to try to impose their will on
other people. Often generally and genuinely liked by many people as they
are tactful and sympathetic. They like helping people but prefer to assist
in real and tangible ways. They love surprises and have a spontaneous
nature.

Entertainers
place such a strong priority on experiencing and enjoying life, they
sometimes allow their other responsibilities to suffer. Their constant
socializing can interfere and get
them into trouble because they are so easily tempted and have difficulty
disciplining themselves. Their tendency to become distracted from
finishing the tasks they start can make them lazy. Their active life keeps
them so busy, they sometimes fail to plan ahead. Entertainers would do
well to try to anticipate what might be coming down the road and develop
an alternate plan in case things become unpleasant. Friends are so highly
valued by N's that they tend to only look at their positive sides. If they
took a step back to consider the cause and effect of actions they would
work towards becoming more tough-minded.
